A DEPARTURE FROM REDUNDANCY FUND RULES – Reg. Lombardy: Agreement for third four-month period of 2014

Note that, on 5 August 2014 the Lombardy Regional Government and Employer and Worker Representatives signed the Framework Agreement for an extension to the possibility of having recourse to the Redundancy Fund in departure, from 1 September to 31 December 2014, to Government regulations passed by Ministerial Decree No. 83473 - 1 August of this year.
