OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY: responsibility of the employer for the missed training duties
The Court of Cassation, with judgment nr 21242 of the May 26th 2014 identified the responsibility of the employer for the missed training duties, provided through the legislation concerning the occupational safety in the case of an accident occurred to the worker, also if the worker has been provided of all the individual protective apparatus forecast for the related risk and has a long time experience in the execution of the job.
