DISCIPLINARY DISMISSAL: new judgement of the Court of Cassation
The Court of Cassation, with judgement nr 9597 of the May 5th 2014, confirmed the validity of a disciplinary dismissal intimated ,for a justified subjective reason, to a worker that, during his working activity, has caused a road accident damaging also the transported goods.
