COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS TO PRESENT CRIMINAL RECORD FOR JOBS IN CONTACT WITH MINORS: update from the Italian Ministry of Justice.

Note that the Italian Ministry of Justice, in a circular dated 24 July 2014, revised the kind of certificate which must be requested by the employer/Consigner for jobs in direct and regular contact with minors: now the certificate will only contain reports of sex offences and specific interdictions (for example an interdiction from working in schools).

As a consequence, the consent of the interested party is no longer required for the employer to request said certificate.

An application form to request said certificate can be downloaded from the web site of the Italian Ministry of Justice. (The new application form is also enclosed)
